My family has rented the same house for a number of years. We are very happy with the house, with Sand Dollar Real Estate, and with Sam in particular. Originally, we had rented it for one week. After a few years, I asked Sam to please let me know if the week before or the week after our week ever became available because we would like to rent for two weeks but we didn’t want to switch houses. About 18 months later, a second adjoining week became available, and she was kind enough to let me know. We have now been happily renting for two weeks every summer for several years. The house is always immaculate, well appointed, has a great cable package; and includes beach tags, chairs, and umbrellas. I also appreciate that the outdoor grill runs on natural gas, so we never have to worry about propane tanks running out. ~ LM
