About Me

Born and bred Islander…

I have lived on LBI my entire life, all 30+ years, so I know our island well.

My first job was at Pearl Street Market in Beach Haven. I would turn 14 on June 1st and was so excited to get my first real job that I applied as soon as they opened in May. I would bike to work from my home for a total of 6 miles a day, against the wind both ways somedays. I was able to buy my first iPod that summer.

Next stop was Blue Water Café, my commute became 2 blocks, a much better deal. This is also where I learned that becoming a chef was no longer my future, but I was excellent at opening bottles of wine for customers.

After graduating from Southern Regional, I started college, at Penn State–University Park and was accepted into The Smeal College of Business. During the summers I took online courses and worked for Sand Dollar Real Estate as the bookkeeper/receptionist. I enjoyed greeting all our summer visitors and learning so much about real estate. You see, my Mom, Pat is the owner so I did whatever she wanted me to do – which was a little bit of everything.

I was proud to graduate from Penn State in 3.5 years, but my early timing was difficult, as we had our infamous visit from Super Storm Sandy in October of that year. Job prospects along the coast were minimal. I worked with my Mom, as she was asked to join Long Beach Twp Long Term Recovery Committee and we co-created LBI is Alive. At that time, we were the main resource for getting out information for LBT through our online outlets.

The more involved I became, the more I knew that LBI and I couldn’t be separated and I asked to work full time at Sand Dollar Real Estate. Of course, my Mom said YES.

I have been licensed since 2013 and have closed 13M+ in sales and leased over $2.5 in gross Summer Rental leases.

I love what I do and where I live.

LBI is my home, LBI is my job and LBI is in my heart.

I would love to help with your future LBI real estate needs.
