I have lived on LBI my entire life and could not imagine living anywhere else. LBI is a special place: chaotic, busy summers and quiet, small-town winters.
I am also a born and raised Realtor. As the daughter of the owner of Sand Dollar Real Estate, I literally grew up in a real estate office. As many children of local businesses can attest; weekends and summers are often spent ‘at the family business’.
Throughout my early years spent at Sand Dollar, I learned all that really goes into running the business. It’s not just managing employees, or advertising properties, or actually, any of the true real estate ‘stuff’…
It is helping fulfill a family’s dream of buying a house at the beach. It is explaining the tax benefits of a 1031 Tax Deferred Exchange. It is helping navigate the tough decision to sell ‘the family beach house’. Or even simply helping someone find a summer rental to make memories.
It is those personal connections you make with clients. The value of a home is 90% what the market says; that final 10% is emotional value. I’m here to educate you on the 90% and hold your hand through the 10%.

I have been a licensed Salesperson since February 2013 with over $30M in sales and acquired many designations including: SRS, SFR, RSPS, ePro, SRS and ABR. Almost 3 years to the day, I received my Broker’s license in February of 2020. I took over managing the Summer Rentals in 2023 and have built it into a $1.5M+ book with over 75% of our properties being exclusive to Sand Dollar Real Estate.
