Owners, you have options.

The new NJ Occupancy and Sales Tax, known as the “NJ Shore Tax” was implemented in October 2018. However, it appears that it is being repealed in some facets, we are awaiting the technical bulletin. You can read more about the tax here.

Sand Dollar created a program for the summer of 2019 that was well received and allowed homeowners to still choose their tenants, but Sand Dollar did all the bookkeeping and checked the tenants in and out. We are planning to continue that program as well as expand our other levels of service. You can learn more about all these options here.
